Additional Property Attributes

On February 6, 2009, an environmental lien in the amount of 304,288.24. was placed on the property. The lien is for the costs incurred by the New York Environmental Protection and Spill Compensation Fund for cleanup and removal of a petroleum discharge at the site. Petroleum contamination remains at the site.

Former Use: The site is developed with one partial three-story 2,280-square-foot structure currently utilized for the following operations: a DJ service, a limousine service, propane storage, Budget truck rental, automotive rental and automotive repair. The site building was constructed in 1958 and utilized as a gasoline filling station from between at least 1958 and 2006. Past owners include Barbara and William Farrell. Current owner is David Miller.
