Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: the Property was undeveloped prior to the period 1961-1967, during which the first development occurred. Portions of the site were used for residential purposes from approximately 1967 to 1999. Unknown business operations, reported to be a concrete recycling facility, were apparent on historical aerial photographic imagery of the Property taken in 1985, 1993, and 1999. No other historical business operations were identified at the Property. By 2005, all structures had been removed, and soil disturbances were present on the eastern portion of the Property in aerial imagery. In the 2000s, the eastern and southeastern portions of the Property were reported to have been used by Wayne County as a receiving area for excess soil generated during various Wayne County construction projects.
