Additional Property Attributes

Residential property located in a area of Tampa which historically was residentially developed. Over the past years and decades the residences have been demolished and the properties remain undeveloped grassed and tree-covered fields. Asbestos containing materials (rolled asphalt roof, plaster texture, drywall/joint compound) and low levels of lead-based paint (<0.5% by weight which is considered non-hazardous) were identified in various building materials during 2015 testing.

Former Use: Based on a review of historical information, the site was developed with a small ice cream factory prior to 1915 and was residential in use from at least 1931 through the present time. The current owner, Ms. Geraldine Twine has owned the site from 1962 through 2015. Asbestos containing materials and low levels of lead-based paint (<0.5% by weight which is considered non-hazardous) were identified in various building materials during 2015 testing.
