Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I ESA, performed outside of the Brownfields grant, did not identify RECs with the site. However, based on the planned demolition of the building, an asbestos survey was recommended. The asbestos survey identified asbestos containing materials within the on-site building, and asbestos abatement activities were performed prior to demolition of the on-site structure. This property is now part of the Bob Cooke Park and Recreation Center.

Former Use: The site was occupied by a dentist office prior to demolition of the on-site structure.
