Additional Property Attributes

Former residential property and later, a cinema, currently under redevelopment for a community theater and arts center. UST was removed during site investigation which identified limited area of petroleum-impacted soils, but none observed to be oil-saturated.

Former Use: Former movie theater in village of Milbridge, operated since 1937. Theater out-of-business in 2014. Community-based non-profit seeking to rebuild theater and community performance center. The property contained a 500-gallon underground fuel oil storage tank.
