Additional Property Attributes

The property is located on a primary road corridor in Aroostook County with recent commercial developments in the area. The property is developed with an 8,400-square foot commercial building consisting of a service garage, office and storage space.

Former Use: The earliest record of the property is part of two large agricultural fields in the 1950s. The property was first developed by Willett Motors in 1967 as a car dealership and service garage and later operated as a truck depot and shipping center for UPS in the 1970s and 1980s. The property was acquired by Gary Giggey in 1994 for use as a car dealership and service garage. The current property owners purchased the property in 2013 and continue to operate the service garage.
