Additional Property Attributes

Main Street Arts (MSA), the prospective purchaser, plans to use the building in the short term for set construction and storage. In the long-term MSA will use the building to expand programmatic offerings.

Former Use: Former use of the Property included past use as a photography studio, automotive garage and repair, hardware store, restaurants and temporary office space. Currently the building is mostly empty with some storage for Main Street Arts. It appears as though the area surrounding the Property has been primarily utilized for industrial purposes since at least the late 1800s. The earliest Sanborn Maps show a photography studio was on the site in 1885.
