Additional Property Attributes

Located on highly traveled Nebraska Avenue only 600 feet from the newly developed Encore Tampa's Downtown Tempo District and across the street from the beautiful Robert W. Saunders Public Library

Former Use: Residential from approximately 1910 through the 1950s and then commercial (dentist, beauty salon, tailor) and mixed use apartments until the early 2000s. The City of Tampa obtained the site in 1990 from Daniel Devoe in 1990. Tampa Hillsborough Action Plan Inc. (THAP) and Widespread Inc. were additional owners. A potential heating oil UST fill port was observed during the August 2016 Phase I ESA site visit by Terracon.
