Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) was completed during the summer of 2015 for Help Org Inc., a non-profit working on establishing community land trusts (CLTs) in Atlanta's Westside. The non-profit has since reused the vacant residential property as a community garden. The garden is part of the Westside Atlanta CLT and the multi-parcel Elm Street Urban Farm in partnership with the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority, Habitat for Humanity and Friends of English Avenue.

Former Use: Previous residential lot. Various ownership of banks and investment/developers. Now owned by a local non-profit.
