Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently being utilized as an automotive repair shop and a U-Haul dealership.

Former Use: The subject property consists of one structure that is subdivided into office space and garage space. The remainder of the property consists of a parking lot for the storage of vehicles and other miscellaneous items. The Parcelquest online property database (parcelquest.com) indicates that the structure located on the property was built in 1949. Ownership history of the property was provided by the property owner, Mr. Jerald Hall. Mr. Hall indicated that he has owned the subject property since 1995. Prior to his ownership, Mr. Steve Adams owned the property dating back to 1994. Prior to Mr. Adams� ownership, Mr. Gene Johnson owned the property since approximately 1965.
