Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former rail site with many buildings on leased rail property and several rail spurs. The property was owned by Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Companies from the 1870's until it was purchased by the Burjess Companies in 1989. An 1884 Sanborn indicates two rail spurs, 13 buildings, including nine tobacco warehouses.
