Additional Property Attributes

The "Assembly Project," which has since attracted business projects such as Asbury, one of the nation's largest auto dealers acquired the 20-acre property that was remediated using the entire Brownfield RLF fund. Approximately 5 acres was remediated through soil excavation. Contamination include petroleum, PAHs, and solvents and other chemicals of concern associated with automobile manufacturing going back to the early to mid-1900's. Currently, there is a state-of-the-art Nissan Infiniti dealership on the portion of the property in which EPA funds were used.
