Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 2.167 acre Property was developed in the early 1900�s as a pottery manufacturer. Later, Pittsville Fur Foods began operating to supply food to local mink farms. Pittsville Fur Foods operated until the 1960s. Gardner Trucking constructed additional buildings in the 1970s for cold storage. The buildings were used to grow mushrooms during this time. Pittsville Lumber, owned by Robert Black, occupied the Property as a lumber cutting business and leased out a portion of the Property and buildings to a foam insulation company and steel polishing company. Andy and Toby Goetz (ATG Enterprises, LLC) bought the Property from Robert Black on April 26, 2016 and have started a steel manufacturing company called Vantage Mechanical.
