The site is currently vacant land, but is located in a developed residential area with easy access to paved roads and utility service.

Former Use: Based on review of the available historical information, discussed in the preceding Sections, the site property appears to have been developed with a single-family residence as early as 1906. However, there is conflicting information as to how long the site property had onsite structures (residences) and these discrepancies may be partly due to erroneous address information. The available Sanborn maps indicate that the physical street underwent name changes, but that the current-day physical address for the site property would be 324 SW 10th Street. Using this address, in conjunction with available City directories and available aerial photographs, it appears that any previous residential structure on the site property would have been removed sometime during the time of 1974 to 1977. The site property is currently vacant land.
