The two tracts of land which comprise the site properties are each currently vacant land.

Former Use: Based on review of the available historical information, discussed in the preceding Sections, the site properties appear to have been developed with single-family residences as early as 1922. Residential structures appear to have been removed from Tract 1 by 1975, and from Tract 2 by 1984. The site properties are currently vacant land.
