Additional Property Attributes

Some ACM and LBP was found on the outside of the building. Due to the deteriorated state of the building, interior sample collection was limited but some ACM and LBP was found.

Former Use: The Gertha Hodges Building was constructed around 1880 and is considered an historic structure. The 2-story building is approximately 4,000 square-feet with a basement and is currently vacant. The structure is deteriorated with the second floor and portions of the first floor having collapsed into the basement and rain water has collected in the basement. The City of Louisiana is planning to redevelop the first floor into retail space and the second floor into residential apartments.
