Former Use: The city of Clinton is applying for a Missouri Certified Site (MCS) designation for the land in the Gerhart Industrial Park. Historically this land has been used for agriculture/farming. A previous Phase I ESA was performed in 2003 by Sherman Engineering Service. No recognized environmental conditions were found and no further action was required at that time.
