Former Use: The City of Marshall would like to sell the 54 acre tract to the Marshall Saline Development Corporation. Since 1988 past site use has included agricultural row crops. Anticipated future use is residential housing. A 2015 housing study indicates a serious need for new and additional housing to accommodate future growth.
