Additional Property Attributes

The approximately 0.17-acre Property is currently developed with an approximately 2,000 square foot two-story building built in the late 1920s. The building was formerly used as a general store, gasoline station, and taxidermy business, and contains two residential apartments on the 2nd floor.

Former Use: The small site has a building that was built in 1929 as a general store which also had a gas pump; with living quarters on the 2nd floor. The store closed in the 1970s and the Property was sold in 1975 to Mr. Dennis Kitelinger. Mr. Kitelinger used the building as a taxidermy shop and lived on the 2nd floor. The taxidermy business is not in operation. The building is currently in poor condition.
