Additional Property Attributes

Historic abandoned warehouse Former Use: The Property consists of approximately 21,000 square feet of land located on the southeast corner of the intersection of West Cedar Street and 1st Avenue West in Three Forks, Montana. Property improvements include the 6,400 square foot first level garage and the 6,4000 square foot second level auditorium. A Phase I ESA was requested by Prospera Economic Development and funded by DEQ as part of a property transaction. The property has since switched hands but the redevelopment has yet to happen. The Phase I ESA was performed by DEQ's consultant RTI Inc.
