Additional Property Attributes

The 2.63 acre Site consists of one parcel of land. Two industrial buildings totaling 75, 358 square feet improve the Site, which were constructed in 1920 and 1950. The Subject Property has been utilized for industrial purposes as a tannery from at least 1887 to the 2000s. Historical operations have included the usage and storage of petroleum products, and various chemicals containing metals, dyes, and washing solutions, with documented hazardous wastes generated on-site including ignitable wastes, formaldehyde, and other undefined wastes. The Subject Property's industrial use since at least the 1880s, including the historical storage and usage of petroleum products/hazardous substances is considered a REC.
The Subject Property was formerly a gas station between at least the 1940s and 1960s. Historical Sanborn Maps indicate at least two underground storage tanks were used at the Subject Property. No documentation regarding the installation or removal of the USTs was identified during this assessment. The Subject Property's former use as a gasoline station is considered a REC.
