Additional Property Attributes

The 2.02-acre Subject Property consists of one (1) parcel of land identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 134.18-12-1. Reportedly originally constructed by 1926, one (1) two-story industrial building with a basement, totaling 109,250 square feet, improves the Subject Property. The Subject Property building is currently used to store vehicles, automotive parts, waste oil for heating purposes, and other miscellaneous items. The Subject Property has been utilized by the owner for storage since 2000.The Subject Property has been utilized for industrial purposes since at least the 1880s to the present, including use as a lumbermill, tannery, a vinyl record manufacturer, a toy and aboveground pool manufacturer, and for storage purposes. Historical operations have included the use and storage of petroleum products, and various chemicals containing metals, dyes, and washing solutions, with documented hazardous wastes generated on-site including ignitable wastes, spent halogenated solvents, spent non-halogenated solvents, methylene chloride, MEK, TCE and waste oil.
