Additional Property Attributes

The 0.17 acre Site is identified by the Fulton County tax assessor as 149.10-4-1. The Site is currently owned by Samco LLC and is vacant and unoccupied. The majority of the Site is paved. A small rectangular concrete slab is located in the eastern portion of the Site; this slab is apparently associated with a former snack bar that occupied this portion of the Site. Public water, municipal sewer, electricity and natural gas connections are available to the Site with connections along South Main Street. The Site formerly operated as a gas station with three gas tanks and associated oiling and greasing operations, from at least 1949 to some time prior to 1969.
