Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently improved with an approximately 2,098-square foot, unoccupied single-story commercial building. Remaining portions of the Site are improved with an asphalt-paved parking lot surrounding the building and a small concrete walkway leading to the building's entrance and exit. The topography of the Site is flat with a subtle downward slope, trending east. The Site was initially developed in the 1800s as a shoe factory with a portion of the Site to the north used as a lumber yard until its redevelopment into a train station around 1894. The Site operated as a train station until approximately 1954. The Site was vacant until around 1960 when it was redeveloped with the current structure. The building was historically used as a restaurant and as a staffing agency office. The site will be redeveloped for mixed residential/commercial use with interim use as parking.
