Additional Property Attributes

The Site is improved with a three-story former warehouse and a single-story former office building, constructed in 1915. A concrete loading dock area is located on the west-central side of the building to the south of which is a single-story three-bay garage. A single-story one-bay garage was constructed as an attachment to the southern end of the warehouse building in circa 1920. There is evidence of abandoned USTs and an AST.
