Property Highlights

The subject sites consist of two parcels (Lots 129 and 130 Assessors Map 32) of MBTA land and land owned by the Attleboro Redevelopment Authority (ARA). There was a release of hazardous substances from Parcel 130 on to ARA Land. Another round of Groundwater Sampling is needed to satisfy MADEP MCP requirements. Three of these wells are located on Parcel 130. We are awaiting access from the MBTA. The remaining wells (5) to be sampled are located on ARA Property. Further, in anticipation of a future land swap, EPA All Appropriate Inquiry/ASTM compliant Phase I shall be performed on the MBTA Lots 129 and 130. There will be no public meetings associated with this TDD.
