Additional Property Attributes

* The Site is currently owned by the City of Gloversville. The Site itself is currently 9.93 acres and previously acted as the Montrose Railroad/ Fonda, Johnstown, and Gloversville Railroad freight yard. The Site is currently improved with a building on the north side of the property functioning as the Gloversville City Transit Station and a small building located at the center of the property functioning as a Fulton County SPCA temporary holding unit for animals. A salt storage building is located on the southeast side of the property. A City of Gloversville sand and material storage yard for public use is located south of the transit garage. Two asphalt driveways are present on the south and west sides of the Site. Gas, electric, water, and sewer utilities are listed on the Site property. A waste oil aboveground tank, a 275-gallon plastic tote, and multiple storage drums are located in a storage area behind the transit garage.
