Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently owned by Hohenforst Realty LLC. The Site has been undeveloped since 1912. From 1902 until sometime before 1912 the Site was developed with a structure that was used a tanner supplies facility, and a hay and feed storage. From at least 1887 to 1902 the Site was functioned as a lumber yard. The Site does not currently feature any buildings or structures and acts as an active parking lot. A series of trailer trucks and vehicles have been parked onsite for more than twenty years. Cayadutta Creek is observed south of the Site. A railroad spur was observed in the northern portion of the Site running in a west to east direction. A railroad spur has historically passed through the southern portion of the Site. Electric, water, and sewer utilities are listed as available to the Site. Industrial and commercial properties are located on the surrounding land. The former Leather Agent and Dan Hayes Leather Mill located at 177 West Fulton Street adjoins the Site to the west. The former Hohenforst Leather facility is located to the north and upgradient from the Site at 148 West Fulton Street. East of the Site is a historic railroad freight yard. Color & Chemical Co. is labeled on the previous storage building located south of the Site.
