Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently owned by 141 Broad Street of Gloversville Inc. The Site has been developed since at least 1887. Mr. Matthew Smrtic of Colonial Tanning was provided as the property contact. The Site consists of one (1) 0.862-acre parcel of land. One (1) 6,422 square foot distribution warehouse building is located in the western-central portion of the property. A paved parking is located south of the Site building and a paved access driveway is located north of the Site building. Cayadutta Creek flows along the southern property boundary of the Site. Historically, the Site functioned as a lumber yard, a tanner supplies facility, hay and feed storage, and a chemical lab storage facility. In the 1927, 1949, and 1969 Sanborn Maps, an iron oil tank is observed just north of Cayadutta Creek. The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Petroleum Bulk Storage (PBS) database does not list any registered tanks on the Site.
