Additional Property Attributes

The Site is currently owned by Main/Prop LLC. The Site is developed with one commercial office and garage building totaling 1.452 square feet that was constructed in 1940. The Site building is currently being used for storage by a private individual. The Site building was inspected and is used for the storage of miscellaneous materials. An antique vehicle, lawn mowers, construction tools, woodworking tools, and other ancillary items were stored in the Site building. A paved parking area is located to the north, south and east of the Site building. The Site has been developed since at least 1887. Historically, the Site featured a private dwelling, a cigar shop, a plumbing business, a tailor and jewelry shop, a gasoline filling station and an auto-detailing shop. The Site is currently used as a storage building. The most recent commercial use of the Site was as H & P Motors Inc., as a detailing shop.
