Additional Property Attributes

Hamlet Bullion Street located in Murray, UT on a historic smelter site. With a $500,000 loan from the EPA's Revolving Loan Fund, the developer is cleaning up the contaminated soil and slag, which will be buried in an underground repository and then capped to prevent any leakage. Cleanup activities will be completed summer 2022. The redevelopment will include 54 townhomes, 20 single family houses, and a neighborhood park.
