Additional Property Attributes

The property has historically been used for residential purposes.
The City of Martins Ferry has acquired the property due to its dilapidated condition and plans to demolish the residential structure. The property is centrally located within the city and provides an ideal location for redevelopment. The City plans to market the property to developers once demolition is complete. The City of Martins Ferry plans to use Community Development Block Grant (CBDG) funds to demolish the structure and clear the property for reuse.
