Additional Property Attributes

Available historical documents list the property as an auditorium in 1918, 1923, 1928, 1933, 1938, and 1943 and ball room in 1948 and 1953 and a television station in 1959, 1964, 1968, 1973, 1979, 1984, 1990, 1995, 2003, 2008, 2013, and 2018. It has been vacant since. The subject property is planned to be redeveloped into a theater. The results of the Phase II ESA study identified acceptable cancer and non-cancer risks based on the indoor air sample collection and did not identify elevated indoor air concentrations in the collected samples. Additionally, asbestos containing material, lead-based paint, and mold were identified in the structure.
