Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is comprised of three (3) parcels (Parcel # 4-C15J-162; 163; 164. Of most concern is Brooke County Parcel #164 that contains two truck maintenance garages, and two residential dwellings and Parcel #163. It is unsure which parcel may contain a 12,000-gallon UST. Rotellini Trucking initially filed article of incorporation as Smith Truck Service, Inc. in 1968. The truck service used the Follansbee site for maintaining dump truck and dumpster services. Smith Truck Service dissolved in 2006 when Dino Rotellini died and reformed as Rotellini Trucking under Norma Jean Rotellini. Norma Jean (Bonnet) Rotellini passed away February 2022 and the family is now settling the estate. The properties are vacant and trucking services are no longer functioning. Reportedly, the owners had installed an approximate 12,000-gallon UST on the premise and registered with DEP as Facility No. 0500419. It is unclear where the UST is located, if the owner emptied the UST, and if any contamination exists. UST located and removed December 2022. NFA issued February 2023.
