Additional Property Attributes

The Granada Theater was constructed at the Property in 1928, with a theater occupying the upper level opening to Commerce Street and a lower level/basement opening to Raleigh Street, which was occupied by an automotive dealership. Two in-ground hydraulic lifts were observed on the lower level. According to ERIS City Directories, the Property was identified as the Granada Theater until 1975 and was vacant in 1980. The Property was since occupied by Bo's Night Club in 1985, as Country Palace in 1990; Bo's of Bluefield lounge in 1995; and as Nightlife in 2003.
