Additional Property Attributes

Phelps County has applied for a Brownfields Assessment for the Phelps County Road Maintenance Facility. The site has a two buildings totalling 7,000 square feet and has functioned as a state and county road maintenance facility since the 1950's. Phelps County intends to relocate the maintenance facility and sell this property. The site recently underwent closure for two underground petroleum storage tanks.

No recognized environmental conditions (RECs) were identified during the Phase I. Historical recognized environmental conditions (HRECs) were identified but are not a current environmental concern, and asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint are likely present in the buildings.
