Additional Property Attributes

The Site building was constructed in 1900 and was historically utilized as a foundry, sawmill, carpentry shop, storage buildings, and residential dwellings from the 1820s to 1930s. From the 1940s to 1970s, the Site operated as a heat-treating plant. Since the 1970s, the site has operated as a machine shop. The Site will be redeveloped into a multi-use commercial space.
