Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is improved by an approximately 3,423-square foot two and a half story mix used building with an 1,850-square foot basement. The building was constructed in 1900 with wood frame construction, brick and mortar and field stone foundation, and a poured concrete floor in the basement. The Subject Property was first developed with the current building in 1904 and operated as the Caledonian Record (newspaper printing and distributing) from 1905 until approximately 1919. The Subject Property was then developed as an automotive sales and service garage and operated as Northern Cadillac Company, Inc from approximately 1919 until 1958. The Subject Property had one gasoline underground storage tank, two gasoline pumps within one gasoline post and sign owned by Amoco Oil Company. The gasoline underground storage tank was removed in 1958 and the Subject Property building was redeveloped as a retail store selling and storing upholstery. In 1999 the Subject Property was once again redeveloped as a retail store renting videos and repairing electronics
