Additional Property Attributes

The property is located adjacent to the historic Great Northern rail line, and along the recently redeveloped Parkline Trail project through the city core of Kalispell, Montana. The new property owner plans to redevelop this property, currently with two old warehouses, to a 8,500 sq. ft. gym and parking, with housing units on the north end of the property. The developers will apply for City TIF funds to facilitate redevelopment.
