Additional Property Attributes

This property is a former wrecking yard located adjacent to the historic railroad corridor. The site is now located adjacent to the newly redeveloped Kalispell Parkline Trail, a rail to trail redevelopment through the core of the city. A new property owner plans to cleanup and combine this property with adjacent parcels and convert the use to retail and restaurant space, as well as offices and 200-250 residential units.
