Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed prior to 1950 when a gasoline filling station building was constructed near the northwestern corner of the property. According to a Sanborn Fire Insurance Map, three gasoline USTs were located at the subject property during this time. No further information regarding these USTs was discovered during AKT Peerles'historical research review. The original building was demolished sometime in the late 1960s when the existing automobile repair building was constructed. Three 10,000-gallon gasoline 2 and diesel 1 USTs were installed on the subject property in May 1971 and were removed in July 1989. Two 6,000-gallon gasoline USTs were installed on the subject property in July 1989 and were removed in November 2003. The subject property operated as a gasoline filling station and automobile repair businesses from the mid-1960s until gasoline filling operations were abandoned in late 2003. Automobile operations continued until June 2006. The subject property is currently vacant. A pole building was constructed on the subject property to the east of the repair building 1993 and has been utilized for cold storage of miscellaneous items and also for parking for a fuel delivery truck.
