Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The original structure on the site site was built in 1916 as the Cone Automatic Company, and operated as a manufacturing facility for precision s machine tools through the close of operations in 2002. Plant 2 was a shoe factory and then manufacturer of backhoe attachments after World War II. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment completed in 2002 by Environ listed the following recognized environmental conditions on the property: �Former No. 6 fuel oil UST, former used oil UST, former oil AST, former painting operations (and related pit), truck hydraulic lift elevator, hazardous materials storage area, and potential stormwater discharges (and potential accidental releases) to the river and/or brook.�
