Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I report did not include a site visit. The report recommended a detailed reconnaissance and subsurface investigation be conducted to identify the presence of additional environmental concerns and evaluate the soil and groundwater. (PPF-7/24/07)

Former Use: Historically this property served as a blacksmith, filling station, and auto repair shop. The original 1928 building burned in the 1930s and was rebuilt in 1940. Three USTs were removed in 1987. The property is currently used as storage.
