Additional Property Attributes

This TBA is a requirement for the Sallisaw Improvement Corporation to receive an Oklahoma Department of Commerce Industrial Park Certification Grant.

Former Use: The site was purchased by the Sallisaw Improvement Corporation in 1975. The property has reportedly remained unused since approximately 1970. 40.43 acre parcel (NW/4 Section 8 T11N R24E, Sequoyah County, Oklahoma)formerly used for occasional cattle grazing and hay production. 2.6 acres of the property sold to the Sallisaw Economic Authority and a foam packing manufacturing facility is located on it. This facility consists of a single story building and surrounding parking lot. The rest of the property is undeveloped.
