Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The eastern half of the Site is paved and used as overflow parking by the Cambridge Health Alliance and Somerville Hospital. The western portion of the Site is undeveloped. A dirt walking path extends through the area adjacent to the northern boundary. Several mounds of debris including concrete, asphalt, and wood are located in this western area. The City of Somerville purchased the Site on June 30, 2007 for the purpose of redeveloping it into a passive recreation park and paved bicycle trail.
