Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of an approximately 1.0 acre narrow rectangular-shaped lot. The north portion of the site is primarily wooded. This environmental site assessment has not identified conditions indicative of releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances at the Property from possible on-site sources and further investigation does not appear to be warranted. One unlabeled, partially full 55-gallon metal drum was noted at the southwest exterior of the TCHA warehouse. The contents of the drum are unknown. The contents of the drum should be properly sampled, characterized and subsequently properly disposed off-site. Two 250-gallon empty, elevated ASTs were noted at the east-central portion of the Property. No surface staining or stressed vegetation was noted beneath or near the ASTs, proper SPCC controls should be implemented in relation to the ASTs.
