Additional Property Attributes

The tire Specialty Safety Center/BF Goodrich Automotive facility conducts general repair and tire service for automobiles and is listed as Lot 7 within the Widewater Industrial Park. The business has been located at this address for 17 years, previously the property was a vacant lot. The Property consists of one-story steel building on a concrete slab that was constructed during the time period of the late 1980s. The off-site property to the northeast (Former Mechanics Laundry, VRP No. 6980705) is a potential REC. In fact, two flush-mounted monitoring wells in conjunction with the Former Mechanics Laundry facility are located in northeast area of the asphalt parking lot at the Property. It appears that dissolved volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations have been detected in the groundwater from one of the two monitoring wells. Additionally, two soil borings advanced in proximity to the monitoring wells appear to also have dissolved VOC concentrations in groundwater.

Former Use: The Property consists of one-story steel building on a concrete slab that was constructed during the time period of the late 1980s to early 1990s.
