Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately one acre of a nearly level vacant lot. A majority of the lot is covered with gravel with a grass strip present along the east side of the Property adjacent to 9th Street. The off-site property to the north (Former Mechanics Laundry, VRP No. 6980705) is a potential REC. A review of the IDEM VRP files for the site indicates that two monitoring wells in conjunction with the Former Mechanics Laundry facility are located on the Property. It appears that dissolved volatile organic compound (VOC) concentrations have been detected in the groundwater collected from the multiple borings advanced along the north portion of the Property. However, groundwater samples collected from the two monitoring wells on the Property were below detection limits for VOCs.

Former Use: The Property consists of approximately one acre of a nearly level vacant lot.
