Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The 12 parcels on Gordon & Lamotte Streets, collectively known as Gordon Street are currently owned by Lewis Martin of Bear, DE. Four of the twelve parces are vacant vegetated lots, three are vacant concrete lots, another three are storage garages, one is leased to a nearby childcare center, while the remaining parcel is the home to Mr. Martin's automotive repair business, Marty's Tire & Auto Repair. Historically, most of the parcels were either vacant or a private garage. One served a residential purpose and one was the site of an upholstering business.
