Additional Property Attributes

The site adjourns a new housing project. The site is targeted for use as a playground/recreation area to serve the new housing. No assessment complete date was provided on PPF 12/2/08, though $1850 in EPA Brownfield Assessment Grant Funding was documented. Per Attachment Table C: Funding for the playground project will cover recycled rubber for landing areas, solar park lights, recycled benches, ADA-compliant palyground equipment for children age 5-12. The playground is estimated to cost about $45,000.

Former Use: The site is in a mixed residential/commercial setting.
